STOCK PHOTOS ONLY Brian Eno: Music for Airports & In the Ocean (featuring Bang on a Can All-Stars) During the 1999 Holland Festival, the New York group Bang on a Can performed their new instrumental version of Brian Eno’s composition of this 70s work.The Music for Airports DVD presents a double feature by Dutch filmmaker Frank Scheffer. The opening piece, which debuted at the 1999 Holland Festival, showcases Scheffer’s abstract visual interpretations accompanying a live performance by New York’s six-member Bang on a Can ensemble of Brian Eno’s 1978 ambient music album. This interpretation was later released on CD in 1998.
